About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at zadvisors.ai, operated by Z.Advisors (“Z.Advisors”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any engagement we take on is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read, browse and print pages for your own reference or for internal business use. You may not:

• copy, republish or redistribute material from the site commercially without our written permission;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details by automated means;
• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or its infrastructure;
• use it to send unsolicited communications, or to misrepresent who you are; or
• use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights.

No advice, no client relationship

Everything on this site is general information about what we do. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting or employment advice, and it is not a recommendation to take or avoid any particular action in your business.

Reading the site, sending an inquiry, or having an exploratory conversation does not create an advisory or client relationship. That begins only when both sides sign an engagement letter setting out scope, fees and terms. Do not act, or hold off acting, on the basis of anything here without taking advice suited to your own situation.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, design, code, text, imagery and other material on this site are owned by Z.Advisors or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights.

“Rewired Leadership™” is a trademark of Mark Zides. The Z.Advisors name and brushstroke mark are ours. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use any of them.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the site and its content for the purposes set out above. All other rights are reserved.

What you send us

When you use the inquiry form or email us:

• please do not send confidential, privileged or commercially sensitive material before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. Unsolicited material is not treated as confidential unless we have agreed in writing that it is;
• you confirm you are entitled to share what you send, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or breach a duty you owe someone else; and
• we may use what you send to assess and respond to your inquiry, and to deliver an engagement if one follows.

Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their handling of your data. Follow those links at your own risk and read their terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uptime. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or the whole of it, without notice. We may also update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site at that time.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, business, anticipated savings or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded or limited, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the place where you live.
